We are currently working on building a set of easy-to-use forms that clients can use to standardize routine processes like user onboarding, user offboarding, computer staging or re-staging, computer decommissioning, etc. The idea behind the forms is to ensure that we capture details that can sometime missed or overlooked if the request is sent via free-form email or over the phone. This also gets the data to our IT Support Team in a structured format so that we can ensure that nothing is overlooked.
