Use of this tool will allow the support team at Cyber Tech Cafe to access your device to provide you with remote support. You can choose at any time to discontinue the remote session by clicking Disconnect or simply closing the application at any time.
- Choose the correct download for your computer below.

- Launch the downloaded program.
It may be in your Downloads folder. You should be prompted with a warning that you are using a customized SOS app. Once you accept accept the warning, you should see a window with the Cyber Tech Cafe logo and, after a brief pause, a nine digit support key. - Give the 9-digit support key to the Cyber Tech Cafe Technician and they will then be able to access your device.
- You may have to grant additional permissions on Apple / Mac / iOS devices.
