The MyIT Overwatch program is designed for customers that do not need the MyIT Bronze, Silver or Gold plans for their workstations and servers but do want assistance monitoring and managing their network gear. Like the MyIT Bronze, Silver and Gold plans, the MyIT Overwatch program is priced based on the number of managed devices and there is no term agreement. Additionally, the MyIT Bronze, Silver and Gold programs include MyIT Overwatch for up to the number of network devices that are on the MyIT Bronze, Silver and Gold plans. For example, if you have a small office with one server and two workstations, a firewall, switch and access point, your MyIT Program includes MyIT Overwatch for the firewall, switch and access point.
Some details of the MyIT Overwatch program include:
- Priority support over non-MyIT Clients.
- Near-Real-Time alerting for managed network equipment.
- Monthly Log Review for managed network equipment.
- Moves, adds and changes are billable at the standard hourly rate.
