Our experienced, skilled IT Support Team is here to provide a wide range of IT Support Services for your Small To Medium Business as well as your home or home office. Whether it’s a one-time call because you need someone to setup your new computer or you need an IT Support Team to help you design, deploy and manage a network for your new business, we’d love an opportunity to earn your business.

On site and / or Remote IT Support for your business

Providing IT Support to Small to Medium Business clients is the backbone of our business. During business hours, all calls will be answered by a live person and in most cases a tech is available on the first call to provide support. If you need help after hours, on the weekends or holidays, we offer 24×7 support with a four hour response.

  • Regular Site Visits – We can schedule regular site visits, typically monthly, semi-monthly or weekly, to provide in-house, on-the-ground IT Support for your business.
  • Help Desk & Technical Support – We provide 24×7 email, telephone, remote and in-person support to our commercial and MyIT Customers.
  • Hardware and Software Inventory – We can complete an audit to create point in time inventory of all of your hardware and software. Additionally, all levels of our MyIT Program include near-real-time inventory of your hardware and software.
  • Network & Infrastructure Management – We can provide on-call / as-needed support to plan, install and maintain all of your network and infrastructure gear. Additionally, all levels of our MyIT Program include management, log review and firmware updates to your network and infrastructure.
  • Cloud Services & Data Backup – We can provide on-premise and cloud backup for your local data and / or data that you have stored in the cloud (Microsoft 365, Google, Dropbox, etc.) and all levels of our MyIT Program include a monthly test of your backup to ensure that it’s working.
  • Log aggregation into our SIEM – Our MyIT Silver and MyIT Gold programs include log aggregation for servers and network equipment into our SEIM for additional visibility and advanced warning of potential problems.

Non-critical updates are generally installed within 48 hours of vendor release and critical updates are generally installed within 24 hours of vendor release.
