RingCentral Support currently addressing multiple outages
According to their status page, A portion of customers may be experiencing call failures and call drops and the site. We have talked with a number of clients who are experiencing these issues and have reached out to RingCentral Partner support but no additional information is available. We will continue to monitor the situation and will post any significant updates here as they are available.
At the moment, this is impacting incoming phone calls to us. Some are coming in, some are apparently not. If you need immediate assistance, you can submit requests via our website, email (help@ctc.co) or by text to our main office number.
Updates
- 2228ET – RingCentral has noted that they have applied a fox that appears to have resolved the issue. Our continued testing is showing the same results. Ar this time, we believe that the issue has been resolved but will continue monitoring theough the day tomorrow. Once the matter is confirmed resolved, I suspect we will receive an official RFO from RingCentral in shirt order.
- 1804ET – We haven’t seen any confirmation from RingCentral yet but we are now able to consistently make both incoming and outgoing calls though some incoming calls do still seem to be delayed or intermittently unavailable.
- 1621ET – RingCentral support has just posted an update but, unfortunately, there’s no change in status. We will continue updating here as significant updates become available.
- 1614ET – Outbound calls appear to be working consistently at this point but inbound calls are still intermittent.
- 1556ET – During our internal testing, we’re getting intermittent results on both incoming and outgoing calls so some calls are making it through in both directions.
- 1516ET – We were notified of a RingCentral outage impacting our customers.
